Back from the Blur: A Quick Note on Where I’ve Been
It’s been a while since I’ve posted here — and not because I forgot, but because life got beautifully, chaotically full. Over the past several months, I’ve been deep in the final stretch of graduate school, juggling deadlines, big ideas, and the kind of personal growth that only comes from pushing yourself past what you thought you could handle.
Now, with that chapter officially (and proudly) closed, I’m finally finding space again to return to the creative work that’s always been at the heart of me.
Lately, I’ve become more active on social media — sharing poems, glimpses of process, and connecting with other writers — and I just want to say how genuinely grateful I am for the support I’ve received there. The writing community has been generous, encouraging, and incredibly energizing. If you’ve read, liked, commented, shared, or simply taken the time to sit with my work: thank you.
This little hiatus reminded me that sometimes, rest and retreat are part of the rhythm of making something real. And now, with a fresh perspective and some hard-earned quiet under my belt, I’m excited to keep refining, sharing, and growing.
There’s more to come — and I can’t wait to bring you along.
With love and ink,
KG
